Hm, I belive Andy's Hobby Headquarters have already reviewed it. Presumably they must have bought it from somebody. They apparently also have it on sale:

I am not aware of anyone else selling this kit atm.

Yes, you are right but as he states that it is a tamiya kit bought from hobbylinc and hobbylinc doesn't have trumpeter bismarck at the moment, i think rafterrat marked this item built by mistake. I am planing to get this kit this summer, I hope its price become more reasonable untill that

In the review video, he clearly show the Trumpeter kit. Afaik, this is a new mold kit, not older Tamiya molds.
He does seem to point out some kind of delay from the manufacturer, but doesn't elaborate.

Let me tell you what tried to say in my first post. This person above, "rafterrat_2005" marked this Trumpeter kit as built by himselft with a caption of "very detailed Tamiya kit from HOBBLINC". Then I said that "this kit is not even released" so he can fix his mistake of marking this kit built, instead of Tamiya bismarck. I trust your info from beginning and what I metioned as "he" was never Andy. I hope you get what I mean 🙂
